Dates for these have been announced and are on the Event Calendar, together with the entry forms.

Note that the 800m/1500m will be held again in February at Littledown.  The closing date for that one event is 5th January and entries are on a first come/first served basis rather than submitted entry time.  The closing date for the remaining events is 5th March 2011.
