There is a West Dorset Warriors Mailing List which is used by club officials to send out club information by emails.
For example, whenever a change is made to the website, an email will be sent out telling people on the mailing list what the change is, which avoids the need for club members to keep checking the website for new items.
The mailing list can also be used for urgent items such as cancelled sessions due to sickness.
Note that only West Dorset Warriors club officials can post to the list, and any attempt to post to the list, or reply to an email received, will result in an error message being returned. If you think you have information that needs to be sent out to everybody then please contact a club official who can send it out for you.
The mailing list is open to all members of West Dorset Warriors. However, if the email address is for someone under the age of 16 then we will also need the email address of a parent or guardian.
To ask to be joined to, or removed from, the mailing list please email mailinglist@wdwarriors.org.uk and include the following information.
- Your full name and, if you are under 16, your parent or guardian’s name
- An email address and/or the email address of your parent or guardian if you are under 16.
- Whether you want to be added or removed from the mailing list.
Once your email has been received, and your email address added, you will receive a confirmation email.
